Presented by Downtown Morehead City, Inc., in collaboration with the Carteret County Association of Realtors and the NC State Historic Preservation Office.
Enjoy a catered lunch from The Infusion Cafe, and learn from NC SHPO Officer, Reid Thomas, about the opportunities for Historic Tax Credits that are available within the historic districts of Morehead City and Beaufort. Historic tax credits are often a useful tool when working with buyers, sellers, or others that are interested in rehabbing historic residential and commercial properties. Join us for this informative Lunch & Learn to hear more about how they work, and ways to use them as marketing incentives when listing historic buildings.
The event will be held on Monday, October 16th from 11:30am to 1:00pm in the Historic Train Depot, Morehead City. Tickets are $10.00 each, and cover the cost of lunch and materials for each attendee.
