Let's come together and remove litter from our beautiful coastal community. Downtown Morehead City, Inc. is thrilled to partner with Carteret County's Litter Free Land & Sea office to host a cleaning station in downtown Morehead City. Our waterfront downtown attracts a lot of visitors, and sometimes they leave behind their trash. What better way to spend Earth Day than by cleaning up our home? We can't do it without your help, and hope you'll join us on April 22nd at the Train Depot for this important event!
Some important things to remember:
- Wear weather appropriate clothing, closed-toe shoes and bring water to stay hydrated!
- Supplies are limited- if you have gloves, a litter grabber, and/or a safety vest, please bring them with you!
