2024 Downtown Derby Darty

The Kentucky Derby comes to downtown Morehead City again in 2024!

TICKETS ON SALE NOW! **Tickets purchased as of 4/26/24 will be available for collection during the event check-in at the Will Call table.**

Mark your calendar for Saturday, May 4th from 3:00-7:00pm to participate in the Downtown Derby Darty. Check in will be held from 2:00-4:00pm at the Portside Marina Ship Store.

Join Downtown Morehead City, Inc. for a fun-filled day of eating, drinking, and anticipating the Run for the Roses! The pub crawl will feature 10+ stops at local downtown bars and restaurants, offering Derby-themed food and drink specials to enjoy with your crew.

Be sure to wear your Churchill Downs finest, and enter your race day ensemble in our best dressed lady, most dapper gentleman, and best hat contests during check-in! Tickets include an authentic, vintage mint julep glass, one complimentary drink, Derby souvenirs, and a raffle ticket for your chance to win some awesome Derby prizes!
